2025.07.25 India’s Rise: Challenges and Possibilities

As one of the fastest-growing economies and a pivotal player in the evolving geopolitical landscape, India stands at a critical juncture. While its ascent on the global stage reflects significant potential in areas such as economic development, technological innovation, and strategic influence, India also faces an array of complex regional and international challenges. These include long-standing security tensions, regional rivalries, and emerging diplomatic strains.

This seminar brings together distinguished scholars and experts to critically examine the multidimensional aspects of India‘s rise. Topics include regional security dynamics, the India-Pakistan conflict, nuclear risk involving key neighboring powers, and the international implications of internal separatist movements. Through these discussions, the seminar aims to provide a deeper understanding of the strategic choices and policy responses shaping India‘s trajectory.

The event will conclude with a panel discussion and Q&A session, offering participants an opportunity to engage directly with speakers and further explore the themes discussed.
